Unbelievably rude staff, I went in to ask if the store had dvd based on exercising but the two women in the store floor completly subbed me off with short answers also I was hoping to seek assistance from the staff and stood there for about five minutes and no one offered to assist me but instead decided gossiping between the staff was the better solution rather than serving customers. I was intending to buy from the store, but decided to go to Kmart instead.

never met a more disgruntled worker than rita. no customer service. didn’t offer me a bag, asked for one post paying, barked that they’re a dollar. no worries..

Contacted this store to make an honest enquiry about stock that they might have, staff member put me on hold for 45 minutes then hung up. Poor customer service
