Jack and his team had a very good understanding of the property, able to quickly answer questions and provide all the details we needed. They were also confident and clear in communication, but never pushy. And Jack went the extra mile to drive to our place late on a Friday for a contract signing which was much appreciated.

Great agent - couldn't be happier with the result! Jack was recommended to me by two people, who both spoke highly of his approach and he didn't disappoint. I met with four agents and Jack was my first choice; the recommendations helped, but Jack was open, down-to-earth and understood my property's strengths and those of comparable properties. His knowledge of the market and potential buyers were excellent, and his professionalism and communication were spot on. I felt supported during the process but not overwhelmed, and I appreciated the suggestions on how to present my home. In terms of marketing, Realm is way ahead of other local agents - Realm's sign boards in particular are eye catching and the night lighting is spectacular. Most importantly, Jack worked hard to secure a sale for a good price and did so a couple of weeks after listing. It was a great result and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jack and the Realm team.

Jack is absolutely the professional and trustworthy local real estate agent I will go for for selling and buying the property. He listened to our need and endeavored to assist with us to purchase our dream house and sell our current one for the finance. He corporated our available time for the inspection during working days and liaise with vendor to work out the timeline for us. He is on top of everything in a timely manner. Really appreciated his hard work on this.

You won’t regret choosing Jack! Jack has been nothing but professional, helpful, informative and all while being personable. We met with many agents before choosing Jack, and not got a second did we regret our decision. Jack was available after hours and we know he dedicated his time to getting a great result for us.
