I purchased my rental property in Nowra through Ray White and have had it rented through them ever since. The first time I met Jamie he told me you don't stay in real estate in a small town long without being honest and accurate in what you tell clients. He has never let me down with this. Everything he told me with regards to the entire sales process turned out to be on the money. David & Danielle have done an awesome job helping us along during the process of selling our home. When we had questions they answered then straight away and when we needed them they were there. Severe lack of communication for the 5 years I used them as property managers.
Lost count how many managers I had in this brief period of time.
You WILL have to chase them up for every little problem because they will not bother
replying honestly on anything.
Here is a tip for other investors in the Nowra area being serviced by Ray White, RUN RUN AWAY
as fast as you can.
Decent Realtor in Berry ( Not Ray White).

Good luck and RUN as fast as you can.

Would not recommend. Severe lack of communication from leasing staff, high turnover and no accountability. Would not rent from or through this office. Stay away.

in 2008 Our accounts dept found that raywhite had short changed us over $2000 over a 3 year period of time. When I approached them with the evidence, they claimed it was a glitch in their system.

After a long term tennant moved out, ray white informed me that found a new tenant and with a good record. After the first 2 months i didn't receive payments, I was persistent to follow up and request for my payments, after 3 months i then began to complain that ray white had tenants in my property after the fourth month, ray-white told me that they can no longer manage the property. And i was then left the tenant in areas, what they did is dumped their client to me to manage. I then told them they are to help me remove the tenant, they said it's not their business. The worst thing is all the times I called Ray-white they had me on hold and the on hold narrator said "Ray-white continue to receive accolades for their efforts" After hearing this I felt I wanted to go through a brick in their window ( I wouldn't do it of course but that's exactly how i felt )
