  The worst inductions to do as a contractor. They seem to provide a punishing format which carries over across companies.

  It could be much better. Especially the Rapid Induct offering - great potential but super restrictive and does not allow for much creativity in the training material created. Eg. You can't create fully immersive interactive content and you can't create smart formatted tables despite the tool having a built-in table wizard. I was told several times that Rapid will not be improving this and other similarly stunted features and that i would, for example need to create my formatted artefacts elsewhere and import these as pictures. As if that is not ridiculous enough, when i do so, the picture quality is significantly degraded and, no surprise, there are no optimization tools in Rapid Induct. It would also be more useful to give users access to developers or similarly equipped agents who can troubleshoot more technical queries that go beyond simple customer service niceties and lip service. It's not on to tell a designer that only South Africans create their content from scratch as opposed to importing PowerPoint, for example! As far as content creation goes there are far better tools. Just had a look at the website again and I see that Rapid Induct is marketed as e-learning software. I was told quite emphatically by the same customer service agent that it is NOT e-learning software and you should thus edit your marketing blurb as it is misleading.

  Software for basic use is OK however the customer service team don't seem to have any sort of consistent training and you get a different answer every time you call. Not to mention the comprehensive system "upgrades" without notice which leaves us totally in the dark rapid must think it's ok because they don't have to talk to the disgruntled contractors when nothing works. Other systems also look so much more modern catch up!!!
  
  Rapid might be for you but I suggest shopping around.

  I’m a current customer of Rapid Global and I am not satisfied with the software provided as I was able to access confidential data. When I raised my concerns it seems like nothing is done about it. We have had enough of this software and will be looking for another provider. Not recommended.

  "I have used Rapid Global's induction software multiple times on large infrastructure jobs with hundreds of employees that needed inductions.
  I enjoy the simplicity and ease of use that comes with the Rapid Global program. I would highly recommend Rapid Global's software".
