  Absolutely horrific experience! View this as a WARNING to anyone purchasing new or used cars from this dealership, particularly from Massimo, Seth or Zhane (although Zhane was the most helpful if I HAD to choose one out of the three). As soon as they had the money for the car, service went completely out the window, non existent! No one getting back to me, no one updating me, empty promises and if anything total lies to attempt to defend themselves. I was passed from one salesman to the other to the other to try and rectify my very valid concerns. What a mistake it was to purchase a car from these con artists. Absolutely shocking and it seems I’m not the only one who has felt this way! Word of warning to others, and this seems to be the only way I can voice my frustration and disappointment with this company. Embarassing excuses for sales professionals. I’m sorry that this has been my experience and hope no one else has to endure what I have over this last month. It is hands down the worst sales experience I have ever witnessed. It seems everyone is getting the standard copied and pasted response on negative reviews too. Good luck trying to get through on the number they provide! Mind you, I am STILL waiting on my car and any updates. No sincere apologies and no compensation for their continuous mistakes, just gaslighting. Will gladly tell you there is nothing they can do to rectify or assist, just want you out of their hair - shameful.

  Customer service was excellent. Tom was really nice. Made our choice of car and got a good deal. Still checking on us to see how we are going even after the purchase. I would recommend Ralph D'Silva Hyundai.

  We bought the car from the dealer( Ralph D’Silva Hyundai) After searching and being quite disappointed with other dealers, we found a satisfactory deal. The salesperson, Mr. Thomas, gave good advice. and made the deal easy. We received the vehicle within 1 week. Overall, we were satisfied with the price and service. Thank you
