On Cranbourne road, one of their workers, no indicator, cut me off almost clipped my front quarter merging into my lane. Then drifted off in a right hand turning lane, no idicactor again, then Captain Turkey gives me the finger.
Great professional business, judging from the professional image this worker provides.

They repainted my roof 4 years ago
and did not prepare the tile surfaces very well did not remove all the moss and organic material on the tile edges , now I have moss growing on a white roof also was left 40 ltr of top coat and 20 ltr of undercoat and politely told " I'd be able to finish it" invoice no 17337

Five star quote and customer service from Darren and Sam. We are complete newbies to construction and called them for advice regarding the state of our roof. Sam was great over the phone, Darren promptly came out to assess our property, showed up on time and gave information on everything we needed and then some. Thankfully for us no major work was needed, but we know who to hire if that ever changes. They even referred us to subcontractors to help with minor work. We thoroughly appreciate their expert advice, time and kind words.

I am very happy with the Rainshield restoration of our roof, the quality of workmanship and the colour is fabulous. Their price was mid to high range compared with other quotes but we wanted a good quality job and we did get that.

The disappointing part of our experience was the work took 14 days to complete when we had been told prior it would be 3-4 days or up to 10 days if the weather was bad. The delays were due to continually stopping work on our roof to attend to other jobs. I was informed this was for their productivity. This of course wasn't mentioned when they provided a time estimate prior to starting the roof. Some days no one turned up even when the weather was good and we weren't kept informed.

In the clean up of their equipment they splashed the roof paint over my new fence but it wasn't cleaned up and I needed to repaint a large section of it.

The safety railings are still up on our roof four weeks later, despite numerous assurances they would be removed.

I would recommend the quality of their work but would suggest getting some guarantees on their timings.

The work Rainshield Roofing completed really transformed our home. Their plumbers were very polite, accommodating and easy to deal with. They carefully planned our job to ensure that our home was protected from the elements all the way through the process. They even left us with enough materials to re-clad the doghouse to match the roof!

Rainshield has done a great job on our fascia covers, gutters, gutter covers and roof.

Our timber fascia was rotting at the corners and our old roof was in need of repairs. We chose Rainshield after an extensive process of comparing 3 roofing companies given it was a major job. Rainshield (Steve) was the only one to identify that our present gutters was inadequate for the roof size, and gave good advice about the roof work without being alarming (which is quite common in this trade).

Everyone (Steve, Darren, Noel, Debbie, Dave, and the rest of the team) was easy to deal with during the job, and when it was discovered our original fascia board was too tall, they fixed it without much fuss or charging us for it.

We're really happy with the result and would happily recommend to others.

Very happy with the work Rainshield Roofing did on a big job on my mother's house in Templestowe. The job required a large scaffold. The guys were professional and personable and they took a lot of care with safety aspects and daily post-work clean up. Their practical advice on high capacity gutters, extraction fans, fascia cover types and other technical aspects really assisted us with our choices and ultimately gave us a great looking and functional roof. Will recommend to others.
