5 Stars? too good to be true!
I worked for them as a contractor a few years ago. In order to work with them, you have to pay $550 deposit (in case you cause any damage to their client) but then I did NOT pay that back to me when I stop working with them to be back to my uni. My friend and friend of her had the same issues.

For training, they did in their home office by making us to clean their own room, oven, kitchen, windows.

Cleaners have to buy their own cleaning equipment, chemicals, petrol, use their own car and do their own travelling, but cleaners just receive about 40% of client's fee while Radian cleaning took about 60% by just find jobs and allocate for cleaners. So sometimes cleaners end up with a very low rate. Sometimes, if clients complain and decide not pay, Radiant Cleaning wont pay cleaners. Therefore, it is all understandable if the quality is poor.

This place is well beyond 5+ stars. Currently have a few of their people cleaning a family members house which has been damaged and pretty much a complete s&@)ho&@. I’m talkin’ insects, mould, dust mice, pretty much unlivable. And I can’t even believe how clean and completely spotless everything looks. It’s really looking like a display home now.
Will definitely be giving them a call, when we decide to vacate. Am in complete shock of the transformation.

I have recently used this company to assess and arrange all aspects of my elderly mother's gas heater maintenance, cleaning and repairs. The repairman attended promptly. I was advised of date and time and the lovely receptionist Dee, updated me every step of the way. As the heater was not working at all, the job was a little more complicated than anticipated. Radiant Clean obtained the required parts, returned to repair and resolve the issues and have my mothers heater working in under a week. Great Company, Great Service and excellent after care. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Radiant for my end of lease clean for 2 times now and both experiences have been amazing! The house was cleaned so magnificently that I got my full bond back. Thanks team x would definitely use you gusy again when I move out.
