I don’t usually write a lengthy review but I really wish to express my appreciation to the Uprise team.
I am writing to thank you Mina and Gabi. I was suffered a from an exceptionally painful postnatal back pain. Mina has helped me to fixed it in a few chiropractic sessions. Now I can easily pick up and cuddle my baby and my life has been much more functional. I have my life back because of him.
Gabi is the most warm-hearted receptionist you can find in the world. As a new mom with an extremely unsettled baby, I often find extraordinarily hard to leave home. Gabi would call me half an hour before and ask me if I wanted extra time to settle the baby, and push back the appointment for half an hour or an hour for me if I needed to. This lovey move that really warms my heart when the moment of my life went chaotic.response / report this review -

Dr Mena, is one of the best know chiropractors i know. Well experienced and gentle, knows his gig and i trust him totally. Must visit to know your body better and address the issues.

I've seen many physios, chiros, massage therapists over the years but none have helped me quite like Matthew has. His professionalism and eagerness to improve your physical well-being is most admirable, and makes me feel comfortable in returning.

Been going to Matt for massages for a few months now and everytime its always a great experience, I come in with my back to sore to move really worn out from terrible posture at my desk job and Matt always finds a way to fix it up. I feel like I've gotten my life back and am able to do normal things again without experiencing pain. He's very understanding and patient with me so he can sort me out with all my aches and pains. He even gives me useful tricks to make sure I can maintain good posture and improve my health so i don't frequently need to be in pain. Couldn't recommend this place anymore, I would give 6 stars if I could. GO HERE NOW, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!

Always love visiting the Dr Bianca and the team at Body in Balance. Whether it be for maintenance or for a bad back, they are an important part of ensuring our family is healthy and happy. The are always great at getting us in at the last minute when need be.

I found Chiropractic Care five years ago and it is the best investment I ever made for my body. Dr. Bianca and the team at Body in Balance are a first-rate example of what healthcare should be. They are knowledgeable , caring, trustworthy and work together as a team to get your body to reach it's optimal health and vitality. I never miss my weekly adjustment. I highly recommend BIB to all ages to get your body back into balance.

Dr. Bianca and her team of experts have been incredibly amazing with helping me to achieve my health goals! It really is the little things that make the biggest difference! The reception staff are warm, welcoming and friendly, I honestly feel at home chatting with the girls at the front desk! Dr. Bianca is precise and thorough with her care, she doesn't miss a beat, I feel very comfortable in her hands. Phil, the massage therapist, has been a significant help in my fitness goals. His professionalism and confidence goes beyond his knowledge in massage, and he definitely delivers excellence in treatment.

It's quite incredible to find two talented muscle specialists in one place! Myotherapist Carrie is bubbly, warm and finds all the sore spots without me saying anything! She uses cupping, needling and massage to work through my muscle issues. Remedial masseuse Phil also knows his stuff and makes me feel very comfortable. I feel like I'm good hands with these two but I'm worried about word getting out, because I'll never get in to see them!

Really nice, friendly and caring staff.
Happy atmosphere.
Really comfy table with cut outs for arms.
Lots of informative health brochures to read
Hardly any waiting time.
Loved the tea in the waiting room. Ginger I think. Never had that before.
It was a lovely touch.
