  What's the point of booking an appointment if the doc is always delaying long time?
  And the doctor even issued medicine which had been stopped production 3 yrs ago.

  Very Happy with the doctor but receptionist was bad a lady in the mid 40's was impatient and use commanding phrase to patients and customers.

  I come to see the same doctor twice, but everytime she just late about 30 mins, so what the point of booking in, I understand she is busy, but I come to see doctor at the break time at work.....
  
  It just very frustrating and wasting my time.

  I usually go upstairs to QV Medical One but after a few instances of substandard and resentful treatment, I decided to try downstairs.
  
  My experience was very PLEASANT! From the moment I walked into their clinic, the lady at the desk greeted me with a big smile (:D) She was also very caring & helpful when I had trouble filling out their new patient form (my eyesight is not the best! :O)
  
  My doctor was especially understanding and trustworthy. I recommend this clinic and will be transferring my medical records here!!!

  Atrocious medical centre. First time I went they spelt my name incorrectly despite me filling in a form and them having my medicare card. This resulted in a script not being filled correctly and a lot of wasted time.
  
  Next time I went they were supposed to file paperwork to transfer my medical records. They told me it would take up to a month. After a month i checked and they told me they hadn't received them, I had to fill in the forms again and they told me they would mark it as urgent.
  
  A few weeks later I book an appointment, was told my records were there and the doctor had reviewed them. I get to my appointment and no, my records were not there. After repeatedly lying to me it comes to light through my old medical centre that no, the paperwork was not lodged and I'd been lied to the whole way and no one was doing what they were supposed to.
  
  I stressed the urgency of the paperwork for months because I need an annual surgery and needed the referral. I ended up going to a different medical centre and lodged a formal complaint with QV.
  
  Weeks later QV call about the complaint and offer not help, nothing except they had some staff changes, so that must be what happened.
  
  Since they can't even handle paperwork, I wouldn't trust them with my medical care.
