Overall phenomenonal campus, great places to eat, it's always meticulously maintained and it's easy to navigate.

You will be nothing more than a number at QUT – just a tick and flick on a piece of paper. Ideas and learning don't matter, just as long as you memorise your text books. Lecturers in the School of Nursing are short and dismissive (across multiple years and subjects) – they do not care about you or your studies. Emails are left unanswered as academic "professionals" hide in their giant offices surrounded by glass cabinets filled with fine art.
The complaints process is handled within QUT before an external provider can be involved. Rest assured that every email and phone call to QUT will be ignored for weeks on end until you decide you can no longer be bothered to follow up. Persist and escalate every complaint to TEQSA and the Queensland Ombudsman, because I can promise you you will not find the help you need by contacting the shills working for this university.
For any students considering studying nursing at QUT: DON'T.
Instead, go to TAFE and complete your Enrolled Nurse certificate. You will have FAR more employment options in hospitals Australia-wide, and the pay difference is not significant. Choose a different university if you want to graduate as a RN.response / report this review -

Nice amenities and learning facilities, although their quality has noticeably dropped since switching to online classes. Many courses use recycled content, such as pre-recorded lectures from previous years. This wouldn't be such a big issue if there weren't constant updates in the field I'm studying. Several issues arose with lack of up-to-date information during my lectures in 2021.
Lovely campus, garden is worth the stroll.response / report this review -

Fantastic campus, has plenty of cool spots to hang around, eat, study, or whatever you want to do. Also has plenty of places to have some water or fill a bottle, which is very useful. There are also other amenities around campus

Negligent and poor treatment of international students.
- provided me with someone to rent from that was a known alcoholic & I've heard many other renting horror stories as well. They also took down my original review.
QUT will bleed you dry of money and provide subpar service to boot.
The GP campus is full of obnoxious staff that will not give you the time of day. They employ people who look like they just walked out of a zombie apocalypse and they are always cranky and irritable. Got yelled at for just asking about my schedule at the GP campus by an older grumpy man who couldn't be bothered to employ basic manners in replying to me.
Domestic and int. students --- Save yourself a huge headache and get your education from a place that has qualified staff where you will get quality for what you pay and carry a cross and holy water if you go to the GP campus, you'll thank me later.response / report this review -
