We moved from Sydney in the city to Brisbane and we used Quick and Easy removals! Not only has the experience been as the name suggests, but multiple people made the normally stressful experience a breeze. Faye consistently kept us up to date with everything and was always a pleasure to deal with. We had Sam & David as our removalists, who advised what time they would arrive a day prior, carefully packed everything and took care with our furniture (even wrapping our drawers, mattress and desk for us) they arrived in Brisbane at 7am the next morning and carefully unloaded everything to individual rooms for us. The overall service was outstanding and we will be using them again.

Poor customer service, inefficient and expensive. This was anything but quick and easy. The removalists were lazy and complaining of the stairs and items then took regular breaks, they are untrained and unfit for the job. This took them 6 hours for two rooms worth, by comparison i have since used another company which did my entire 1bedroom apartment including kitchen and lounge in under 3 hours. Never use these guys.

Customer service was outstanding - I had to move a full house and a distance of 8 hours with very short notice. The team was helpful, accommodating and once they delivered my things to my storage unit, they even agreed to drop my mattress off at my parents' place around the corner. Unheard of kind of service! Would absolutely recommend and use in future.

I called for a quote; to remove a 2 storey apartment from storage in Sydney, to Canberra.
I was speaking with a lovely woman named Fay, I gave her a budget and she went over and beyond to meet my expectations.
The men arrived early Sat morning (which was great and ideal), they handled my furniture with care and did it all very quickly.
I will definitely use you again & recommend to family & friends.

What a relief! I was very stressed about my move within Sydney as I had only one day to get everything done. I needn't have worried, Quick and Easy lived up to their name and everything went smoothly. It was a long day as access was difficult at my old place but the guys stayed cheerful and were careful and strong loading all my antiques even though they had to park at least 150m away. Thankfully unloading at my new place was very easy and it was all done inside in 90 mins. Highly recommend.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our recent interstate move using Quick and Easy. John and his team turned up at 7.30 am as promised and helped us finish packing our final items before carefully loading our furniture and possessions into the truck. At the other end delivery went equally smoothly arriving at 7.30 am again. We recommend their premium service for this quality guarantee. Great job guys!

Quick and Easy when you call them and book an appointment.
Quick and Easy when you get to know they provide extra cartons, extra carpets etc.
Quick and Easy to see them arrive in the specified time.

Not so Quick and friendly when you call and speak after the booking.
Not so Quick and strong men: they sent a teenager boy along with a man.
Not so Quick and equipped: they didn't carry a sticky tape and had to lend mine. Imagine if I didn't have one?
Not so Easy to trust: They didn't bring in extra cartons as promised.

Not 100% professional services, that is why you deserve 3 star.

Quick & Easy really lived up to their name in our recent move. Advice from the Sales Manager, Charlie Walker, was very helpful and the removalist team of John and Assad were outstanding. They worked efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for them. Everything was packed well in the truck and nothing was dented or scratched during the move. The contents of a four bedroom home were moved 40 kilometres in less than five hours! A great achievement. I would happily recommend Quick and Easy to my family and friends.

This company eased my stress when I moved house. They were able to provide me the removalists at short notice, and even delivered the boxes to my house! They were considerate during booking and during the move, the guys were able to pack everything neatly into the truck. They were strong and careful with my furniture and I highly recommended them if you need removalists!

Awesome service from awesome people
This is my 2nd time moving my 2 bedroom apartment with quick and easy and am completely satisfied those guys squeezed me in with a short notice in this busy season!

This time the driver shows in time as well but he couldn't reverse his big truck in my drive way .. I wasn't expecting any dramas specially am flying tomorrow and there is not much time for me to waste
Am glad they manage to send another crew with a smaller truck and they save the day..
Again Professional workers everything reached safely to the other side no marks or scratches don't need to tell these boys what to do.

I don't usually write reviews but in this case I given the level of service I really wanted to take the initiative to right a 5 star review. Quick & Easy Removalist services worked tirelessly throughout the day, always showing the greatest respect for our property, courteous, understanding, patient, warm and friendly. I can't remember the last time I was so impressed by the service provided. It was a pleasure to have Quick & Easy with us on the day of our move, they sure did make things so much easier for us.

I cannot imagine how a removalist company could be worse than this. Very quick to take my deposit money. Incredibly bad with the service, and have not responded to my email regarding their service. Booking time was between 11-2. Guys turned up at 5.15 having received the booking from their office at 3.30. They did one load and refused to do a second load, so my move was only half done. I CANNOT RECOMMEND AGAINST THIS COMPANY STRONGLY ENOUGH. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE THEM A -5 RATING, I WOULD. Book anyone else. Book old people. Book people with only a bus pass or a tricycle. Book someone who lives in another country. You are still likely to get better service from anyone other than Quick and Easy Removals.
