I have been using Mick and the team for a long time. They are always so helpful and polite. We had to drop hubby laptop off to be fixed after I accidentally closed the screen onto something and expected to be without it for 3 days. Was pleasantly surprised get call 24hrs later to say it was all ready ready be collected.

I am now sitting at my old computer that has had a new lease of life, thanks to this business. After sharing a glass of wine with my laptop, I was convinced that I may need to buy a new one. When I first took my PC in here to get repaired it at first seemed like a good price, until I found out "equivalent specs" to them meant I had to go and fix a few problems, reinstall parts that were removed despite being in use in the old build. Now that I am actively upgrading, finding more issues that are really hampering my progress. If you need a basic thing fixed on your computer, you'll be fine going here if you want to roll the dice that it will remain the same performance and quality you started with. Beyond that however, I would not recommend this shop unless you are extremely confident in either your computer hardware skills or if you just don't care about what happens. At least on the upside though, is that they are relatively fast and the staff are nice, so its not all doom and gloom.
