  I have tried to ring 8 times and left messages to different people at PWC. Only wanted to make an appointment for my father and get some professional advice. Well these people are not professionals as they don't return calls. I rang up on one occasion and I was explaining what I needed they hang up on me! 2 weeks later I still haven't heard from one person from there. Don't even bother and go somewhere else. You guys are not worth any stars at all if this is how you treat people/customers

  Poor services,#Submitted BAS 2 weeks ago have not received any response.

  No point of contact, only option is through email which takes forever to respond. Applied BAS two months before paid the fee but ato says it has not been submitted.
