Push Boot Camp is just for girls. The courses are specifically designed to get you fit, get your metabolism burning faster and target the bits of the body us girls care about - flat stomachs, shapely legs and toned arms. But i won't yell at you, that's not my style, we're not military style or weight lifters!
And don’t start thinking you’re not fit enough. I will make it my mission to get every woman fit and then fitter. The classes are small (never more than 12 girls in a class) and the classes are trained by Personal Trainer not just a Group Fitness Trainer. I run a full fitness assessment at the start of the course. So i have the knowledge, the skills and the time to focus on you as an individual and help you achieve your goals.
The boot camps are run outdoors. Nothing beats a breath of fresh air and a stunning view when you are telling your muscles “just one more”. Of course training in a group means pushing yourself just that litter harder.
At PUSH fitness boot camps no two classes are the same. That’s because I will design and tailor the class for the girls training in them.
But i can of course tell you what kind of things you will be doing. Across a course you will run (or jog and walk til you run), climb (stairs)use your own body weight,trees, benches, fences and surroundings for resistance training.
Yes, we’re girls but we can also punch and kick. Boxing is one of the most effective ways to raise your heart rate, strengthen your muscles, flatten your stomach and just make you feel really, really good. Push Fitness have a bunch of great boxing routines to build into every Boot Camp course – combined with all the other great ways of giving your body the work-out it deserves.
