My seven-year old Delonghi espresso machine seemed to be working fine but the filter was plugged-up and wouldn't pass the liquid coffee. Short story, the old style filters have been replaced with a new two piece style that can be separated and cleaned. The old style once plugged up is essentially impossible to unplug. I tried boiling it in hot water to no avail. So I went into Prestige Appliance Repair at 65 Stephens Ave Torrensville, and the office manager called in his tech who examined my old filter and told me what to do or showed me the new replacement AU$15 filter. It was cheaper than the time and fuel so I bought it. Came home and made me a cup of espresso as good as the best I've ever had. Thank you team Prestige!

Les was great. Fitted our new oven in a professional manner and explained the functions of the oven really well and answered all our questions. His tips on cleaning the oven were helpful. Would highly recommend Prestige.

Happy to recommend this business. Reception staff answered all my questions and called back with further information. Technician was very efficient and courteous. The repair to our Meile washing machine was successful and priced as quoted. They will be my first choice for future appliance repairs.

When I called the office they could not help enough. They were professional and on the ball. I needed new hinges for my oven door. All I had to do was take some photos and send them via email. The total process wasn't absolutely painless. When I was booked in there service was second to none. Affordable punctual and the technician was so helpful and professional. Let me tell you I will pass on the great work done by all. Thanks again.
