Extremely surprised that this company isn’t shut down by now.
Haven’t been able to speak to the same rep twice as they all seem to vanish after they make the initial contact, was promised savings which never happened , was told by their representative on the first visit when we signed the contract that the equipment will owned by me after the contract period, which was a LIE as I learned today (equipment will always belong to pooled energy) can’t see what all the upfront charges were for.
Run the other direction when you hear of them and definitely don’t recommend anyone to them.

Worst company to deal with. Promises the world but does not deliver. We had had nothing but problems since we started using them. Also have had no reduction in energy savings. In fact our bills are much higher since joining pooled energy. The app for automation is constantly down. I actually had one if there service techs numbers on speed dial as I had that many issues that needed fixing. Just learned that they fired him though. I tried calling a manager yesterday and one was not available to speak to and was told that they’d call me back. Have not received a return call and am in the process of finding another power company to use. STAY CLEAR OF PIOLED ENERGY!

I have never had a energy bill so high, the first bill that came was double what we had ever gotten before but we thought it may have been just a one off excess usage, next bill same issue we haven’t moved we haven’t changed our routines we haven’t added anything to our home. The sales guy said we were paying too much electricity before, but this is absolutely ridiculous on the verge of calling the ombudsman to investigate this. DO NOT Use pooled energy. It is not just a coincidence that our energy bill more than doubled straight after switching to pooled energy. If I could give them a nil rating I would.

We’ve had major issues with Pooled Energy over 6 months that they have resolved using the software and getting chemical mix correct. Jury is out on energy savings. Water is much better from a chemical POV but our pool cleaning company do own thing and add more chemicals. The staff have tried hard to resolve issues but often communication has been poor. Now all working okay.

Appalled by this product and company.
Hard to get hold of by phone or email.
Messages are not returned.
Pool has never been in worse condition.
Constantly green to the point kids could not swim in it much over school holidays. Have added that much chemical to the pool over the last 3 months since it was installed. I want the system removed ASAP.
