  The worst clinic Iv ever been too. Waiting times of up to an hr or more even with appointment. Doctors are horrible and will put u at the back of da list so they can take same nationality patients. I literally saw my file and was told by reception I'd be next had an appointment and just watched as others walked in and drs called them by name (not one was not Indian or Pakistani) they in dere for 25 mins max coming out laughing and hand shaking while I'm sitting there for 2 hrs. I thought maybe the doctor was gonna b great, this guy didn't even look me in da eye didn't even let me finish my sentence had me out in 3 mins with a prescription I didn't even need and hugged the next patient and lead him to his room with a hand on his back. Seriously it was disgusting and just appalling. J thought I was Being pranked. What the hell seriously???? Dr joly Thomas or whatever u call urself u r a disgrace to ur profession

  The Doctors take your health very seriously. No nonsense, clear medical planning and health managemrnt. I'm only new to this clinic and I see Dr Kazi. .Excellent manner and takes the time needed for your health neefs.
  
  Thank you to all at the clinic.
  
  Highly recommend this practice.
  Plenty of parking, spacious premises, above all great medical advice and treatment.

  If only I can rate zero star. Today is my first time at the clinic. And I got a 10:15 appointment. The doctor starts at 10:00. So logically I'd be the second patient. After 1hour and 15mins wait, I finally complained. The girl said , ok I'll move you to the next patient. I don't know if I didn't say anything how much longer I have to wait.

  Dr.Jojy Thomas is exceptional in his service such a positive attitude and a patient will feel better by just meeting him. Dr. Fargina Hossain has been wonderful for women's health issue .. Outstanding service .. if you have any concern with these people, one definitely need to work on their patience first ... Of course with great doctors they need time to attend patients with care .. Overall our experience has been wonderful so far .. Great Service from wonderful people, hard to find such doctors/staffs in Melbourne.

  I've found the Point Cook Medical Clinic absolutely great, it's a none stop shop for your medical needs.. There's lots of drs on a daily basis, it has a pathology, radiology, physiotherapist psychiatist all medical services are available and in the one complete centre, it has, ample parking and it's free. Recommend this clinic to everyone. Happy patient Sandra Hinge..

  All the good Doc are left .doc onari doc memom rest dont even let u finished why ur there start giving opinion n send u home...I m scared all my medical doc with them dont know how to change my GP n get my records ...

  Always running late, sometimes up to a hour. Even having the first appointment of the day doesn't guarantee your appt time - 25mins after my appt the doctor still hasn't turned up to work! Really poor service.

  Well looks like the doctors never run on time there. Was seen by doctor more than an hour though an appointment was made 2days ahead. Doctor seemed to be professional and very competent.
  The receptionist went above and beyond by showing us a vacant room available for feeding despite no feeding room was there.

  I have been with many GP.s over the years but Drs Janak and Onari have been the most thorough and dedicated and not one of those clock watching GPS that I have had the misfortune to have experienced. Without these two wonderful Doctors my life would not be as happy as it is and that goes for my children too. Yes there maybe a wait but so what, it's only because they are giving exceptional care to others as they do to you when your time comes. I will go to wherever these doctors go if they leave because I can be rest assured that I will have the best care ever.

  What the hell happened to this place?!?! Came back from overseas and the place is chaotic! There is not one staff member that knows what is going on! What happened to the friendly staff? That actually smiled! Waited there for 2 hours, only to be told my name wasn't in the computer! The place is a filthy meat market! Would never recommend anyone go here unless its the only place left in Victoria!

  We had an emergency over the weekend and had to visit the doctor to put my baby's arm back in position. All the other medical centres could not accommodate us. Point Cook Medical got us to come in immediately. The receptionist was very understanding and accommodating.
  The doctor was excellent, calm and a good influence on my baby.
  Thanks Point Cook Medical Centre for being there when it mattered.
