We had researched our sofa on line, knew the one we wanted. When we went to purchase,it the one we wanted not on floor(we should have checked first).
However Jessica from the Fortitude Valley store was able to show us one that had a similar feel in the seating, and helped with our fabric colour and choice.
Without a doubt she was the most efficient salesperson we have dealt with in a very long time. Made sure she explained every aspect of warranty, delivery and their policies with regard to purchase in an easy,thorough and friendly manner, no upselling
(which has seen me walk out of stores). She recognised we had decided on our sofa and that was
it.

We visited the Fortitude Valley store twice to make our purchases and each time Waverley was the best. She was professional, very patient and her product knowledge was amazing. We really appreciated her consideration of our circumstances with timing and difficulty with getting furniture up four flights of stairs. Thanks Waverley.

Sandra, in your Valley store is just the best. So professional, patient and so knowledgeable about the products in the store. She was so very helpful and guided us thought the colour range for our Ottoman.

The store was busy and yet no-one would have felt rushed she managed us all so well. I am sure all the customers would have been amazed at the very professional and friendly way she shared herself and attended to us all.

Customer service great! Store manager Sandra was super helpful, patient & gave us the time & space we needed…Nothing was too much trouble!
