Incredible customer service - I'm amazed! I asked a question by email and got a response in 5 mins. I placed my first order at 11:49am Monday and it arrived (Dandenong VIC to outskirts of Sydney) at 11:30am Tuesday. And did I mention they have the lowest prices?

Extremely helpful in finding a unusual tap part I needed, wish I had started here instead of chasing all over the place first, very knowledgably staff with a "I want to help attitude"
