Very clean & professional clinic. The atmosphere is very relaxed with essential oils in a diffuser to keep you calm, and hot tea or water for you to help yourself! All the staff are wonderful & welcoming.

I'm 72 years old and have had a fear of dentists since my childhood experiences in the UK which left me traumatized. Yesterdays experience changed all that, I was treated with kindness and gentleness, Dr Khoo put me right at ease and tho I had a tooth extracted I didn't feel a thing. So I'm happy to recommend him and his lovely staff. Thank you all so much.

Being petrified of dentists most of my life, I was referred to Eugene and the team at Platinum Smile. My fears have now been put to rest. Eugene and Lee (my hygienist) are very professional, patient and efficient. All procedures needed are explained in detail. There is no pushiness into getting things done. You have time to think about it. I have been a regular now for 11 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. From the welcoming receptionist and the feel of the surgery, it's was a calming experience.

I have had a dreadful fear of dentists ever since I was a child and it is almost overwhelming however the patience and kindness shown by all at the surgery completely allayed my fears. They also did excellent dental work and I can highly recommend them.
