Just recieved disgusting customer service at the pioneer valley club house. From the moment i walked through the door there was no greeting, the lady continued to pay attention to her phone after i said "Hello". Then her attitude towards me paying with eftpos was grossly uncalled for, she obviously did not know how to operate the eftpos machine therefor told me if i dont go get cash out she will refuse my booking to play. This club used to be great! The husband and wife team who ran it were welcoming and knew how to get the people there. Nowonder business has dropped, will not be returning. Sarina golf club all the way!!
