Was there this week on two occasions and the service, coffee and cakes were all great. All the other customers there looked pretty satisfied.

Great coffee and ice coffee and my daughter loves the ice chocolate. Never had a bad meal ether and always felt welcome.

The rudest service I have ever received. Made a massive fuss to remake a coffee that wasn't right for me. Will never return. Plus $ 13.40 for 2 coffees to end up with a Luke warm thing that is the worst coffee I've had out. Sorry guys but maybe you could be kinder to your customers next time. Absolutely horrendous how you both treated me.
