  Disappointed with the level of professionalism at this place. My partner injured himself at karate late at night and so I booked him the first appointment they had available at 7am. I thought it was great I could use the online booking system rather than waiting until they opened at 7am. We received our confirmation via email so we headed to the physio and arrived as soon as they opened... Except they weren't open. We called a few times with no answer. We finally left at 7:20am, still without a response. Has me wondering what's the point of saying you're open at 7am and offering appointments at that time online if you're not going to be there... Would not recommend going through the online booking service as it's clearly not honoured nor actually trying to call and make an appointment first thing in the morning.

  My name is Chris and i'm a 14 year old boy who suffers Osgood Schlatter syndrome. I have previously visited Physio Plus to treat my Sever's disease and knew exactly where to go when I began experiencing pain in my lower knees. I saw Michael and was left with a lasting impression of an extremely professional physiotherapist who knew exactly what was wrong and what i could do to ease my pain. He and the team at Physio Plus are extremely understanding and experienced when it comes to everything Physio and can cater to anyone's needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is requiring a Physiotherapist.
