  Nice big store,friendly helpful staff. Huge range of dog treats and supplies. Big aquarium section with lots of live plants,tanks and supplies. Overall a great Petbarn store.

  Very good range of pet products and reasonably priced; not the cheapest place on individual items, but overall they are good, they have great specials and will meet any competitors in-store price - I believe Petbarn is the best pet warehouse chain in Australia! I send most of my clients there.
  Service is only as good as the staff on the day, which has been excellent of late at this store (had a few dodgy years!).

  Staff are very experienced and are always happy to answer questions. I'm giving it a lower score because I had a fish tank that should have been swapped under warranty but because I couldn't remember if I registered for the extra 1 year warranty, they talked me into buying another and reduced it by small amount, hardly worth it.

  Let's face it, petbarn is overpriced. However, as far as pet barns go, this one takes the cake. Its huge and always in stock of exactly what I need. My dog is allergic to meat (yes it's a thing) and this petbarn still gives me so many options of treats and chews for him. Definitely a life saver.
  My only issue is it's always definitely under staffed. Staff are so friendly once you can actually get someone to help you, but you might have to wait a while.

  The staff here have no idea about customers services. I was on my way there to pick up some food for my pet when there was an incident on the road and I was held up. I rang Pet Barn Peakhurst and asked if the could remain open for 3 min past there closing time and they refused to do that. I explained the situation and that if I wasn't there by 3 mins past just close up. They still refused to do that and the staff member I spoke to explained that his has been there since 7am in the morning and that there hasn't been a customer for 20 mintue. Outrageous!

  Huge selection of stuff for you pet. Staff are friendly and generally quite knowledgable. We go there a lot to use the dog wash.

  Good service. Ability to DIY dog wash. Products a little pricey though.
