  Please do not shop here. I have a friend that used to work for them and they are off the books, don't actually worm the dogs, animals are treated badly and she was fired for no reason one day. They are very dodgy. Please be careful when purchasing from this shop - better yet, go to Macarthur Pets. They are a great store.

  I tried to buy a dog. It was confirmed and then they started making it almost impossible to pick up the dog and then all of a sudden i wasn't allowed to buy the dog. I am very sad and so disappointed.
  I wrote a Facebook review and then they retaliated by leaving me a one star on my business Facebook account. How unprofessional and nasty.
  I have bought 2 dogs from them before plus numerous other items. I will never be returning

  I purchased a 8 week old rabbit yesterday and was assured and told by your staff that she would get along with my other rabbit at home. Unfortunately they did not get along at all so I decided to message your page on Facebook and clearly asked if I brought the rabbit back in the next day I would get a refund and I was told yes that is fine. I took back the rabbit the next day and of course as soon as I told them that I was returning her and wanting a refund they rudely replied that I could only get 50% back of my $85 as she could have been sold in the time we had her at home. Then I was told that I could speak to the owner of the store and she Rudely denied to speak to us. Do not ever purchase an animal from this pet store they only care about the money and not the animals.

  Bought a puppy from here just 2 weeks back. Had to pay for a heap of stuff which added up to nearly $300 on top of the cost of the puppy ($490) or we werent allowed to take the dog. (Is this legal?)
  This puppy has some serious issues.
  He is scared of everything and yelps as if we have beaten him and thats just picking him up.
  He runs away from us and pisses himself with fear.
  What on earth has happened to this dog to make it like this at 9 weeks of age??

  DO NOT BUY YOUR PETS FROM HERE - poor animals are kept in horrible conditions, it honestly wouldnt suprise me if they were all sick and near death
  
  especially the birds for example the lorikeets being fed seed which KILLS THEM and 10 birds of different species being crammed into a small cage????
  
  IF YOU ARE GOING TO OWN OR WORK IN A PET STORE, LEARN HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ANIMALS. I have reported this place to the RSPCA and i hope it gets shut down for the sake of the poor animals.
  
  If you want a happy and healthy pet and amazing service from people who actually CARE and have KNOWLEDGE about their animals then DEFINITELY check out Macarthur Pets, which is just up the road from this disgusting pile of trash joke of a store.
  
  EDIT: @owner of this store - we saw seed. It was budgie mix and sunflower seeds NOT fruit and nut mix if there is a next time i will be taking pictures for proof, also its funny you say that because LORIKEETS CAN'T HAVE NUTS EITHER.

  Today was the first time I have visited this Pet store and I was very impressed. The staff were kind, helpful and when I walked in they were busying themselves by spraying the animals down to keep cool. All animals had frozen water bottles too, which is a very clever idea.
  The staff clearly pride themselves in what they do, not only caring for the animals but also providing wonderful customer service. I will certainly be back.

  Absolutely love this store, every time i visit animals have fresh fruit and veggies, all animals look very well looked after with clean bedding. Not to mention how friendly the staff have been every time.
  I purchased a rabbit and numerous birds and the girls went over and beyond showing me how to take care of them.
  also its the cheapest store I've ever visited. love it

  A week ago I purchased what I believed was a three month old hand reared baby corella from your store but instead ended up with a very sick bird. Within two days of bringing him home his health deteriorated rapidly. I took him to the vet for a check up and was told by the vet that this bird had been sick for quite some time and could possibly have beak and feather disease. I was also informed by the vet that he was an adult bird and not actually a three month old baby as I had been told initially. I was also told that his sickness was very contagious and that my other other parrots were at risk of becoming sick too. I contacted the store and they accused me of providing him with inadequate care and causing him to become sick. Very unhelpful. Less than one week after bringing him home he passed away. I am disgusted with the way this situation was handled. Buyers beware! The pets sold here clearly aren't looked after.

  Not impressed with Kurt, was very rude and his customer service was appalling . But the owner is fabulous!
