I had been having the worst month of my life and was very stressed about my divorce settlement. The team was so kind and friendly every time I called about my report. Absolutely amazing team and property valuation service! John came in, inspected our home pretty quick but you can tell he was looking at absolutely everything. Easy to chat with, my husband had a few things on his mind that he wanted to discuss and John didn’t seem to mind. All in all I’d say getting a house valuation from the Perth Property Valuers team was super easy and I’ll be recommending them to our friends.

This was my second insurance valuation and I am once again very impressed by how meticulous the valuer is when inspecting my property. He displayed great attention to detail and wrote a comprehensive report leading to a comprehensive cover. I strongly recommend Perth Property Valuers Metro.

I was looking for someone who could do a property valuation for me, and a friend recommended I gave Perth Property Valuers a call. Everything went much better than what I expected, and they took care of the entire process very professionally. It was my first time getting a property valued and I had no idea about the process. The team at Perth Property Valuers were patient with me and took the time to thoroughly explain the property valuation process and what was involved. They were extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process, explaining the different property valuation methods, due to being confident in their knowledge. A senior valuer with over 20 year’s experience attended my property promptly, carried out a thorough inspection and produced a very detailed report. Have already recommended Perth Property Valuers to family and friends.
