  Called to say they were running 30 mins late when I was already waiting out the front. As soon as they arrived they tried to sell a spring at 3 x the market price and said they couldn't service unless I bought due to safety issues. When I said I didn't want to buy they suddenly said they could service. This is all a sham to change out garage springs as this is where they make the cream. Do not use.

  Called them on Good Friday 10th April 2020 at 1015 hrs and asked them if they could replace the garage door motor. Ahmed came by 1300 hrs and replaced the motor, serviced the garage door and had everything working within one hour. Reasonable cost, for job done on a public holiday. No fuss. no wasting time.

  Needed my garage door motor changed, text them Sunday evening job was done by Monday afternoon..quality Merlin door motor was supplied & fitted with a 5 year warranty
