What a beautiful location, the views are unreal, and you can see the sunset over the bay from the balcony upstairs. Modern rooms, uncluttered and clean, and the owners are very friendly. Photos on the website don't do it justice, it's quite nice.

Location and view from balcony is nice. Short walk away from beach, some very nice vinyards nearby for wine and meals. No Wi-Fi, EFTPOS machine at rear shop (hand craft goods for sale) kept beeping, bed was a little uncomfortable.

We felt thoroughly spoiled by Susan & Mick and June during our stay. The room was gorgeous to look at, the bed comfy to sleep in, the spa very relaxing and the balcony such a great place to eat breakfast and get acquainted with the owners. The balcony is just as beautiful late at night to look across the bay at the city lights. Lounged around upstairs after exploring the Bellarine coastal towns, before heading to Jack Rabbit Winery for dinner, so relaxing, beautiful views and delicious food. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Susan & Mick for being such an amazing anniversary gift! Em & Rodge

We could not fault this accommodation. Beautifully appointed rooms with spacious open plan area upstairs where breakfast is served, which I might add was amazing. Thank you heaps to our lovely hosts. We have stayed in many places around the world and this one is at the top of our list. It certainly ticked all the boxes for us. Fleur and David
