Established in 1986 by Peter and Ann Doughan, Sydney's Patioland began as a small family business designing and building patio enclosures and pergolas in their garage. Growing steadily, Patioland moved to a rented factory in Seven Hills in 1989, and by 1992, expanded to their own premises in Marayong. With continuous growth, they relocated to a larger factory in Blacktown in 2002. Today, Patioland employs 15 full-time staff and specializes in high-quality pergolas, decks, patios, opening roofs, insulated roofing, custom awnings, timber decking, and carports.
Patioland prides itself on using top-quality materials and providing exceptional service. The company has won numerous awards, including the Hills District Building Design Award in 2010, highlighting their commitment to excellence.
