Just wanted to re-iterate my Facebook review onto Google as it seems the owner not only doesn't like to address issues, he likes to continue them 9 months later by creating fake accounts to not only give himself 5 star reviews but to abuse the genuine customers who complain on the disgusting service received. You can check that out for yourself on Facebook and also on Google reviews

Do not waste your time and money booking a boat charter through this disgusting company. The staff constantly lied about when the bond would be refunded, the administrator at the time even agreed with how bad the boss was on the phone call I had where she also lied about depositing my money, claiming it had been done when it hadn't and the owner would not take accountability for his own mistakes.

This all could of been rectified with an explanation and a sincere apology however the owner Bronson Norrish/Foxx chose to be very unprofessional & handle it poorly.

Good luck with your business, you will need it with the terrible attitude and service you have provided not only myself, but several of your customers.

Best Christmas Staff Party without a doubt!!! Friendly staff, boat was perfect for what we wanted and the drinks were cold, large selection and very cheap. Already planning on coming back next year

Unprofessional!! We had a party booked with these jokes and they never even showed up, leaving us and a 100 party goers with no where to go.

I will not waste my time with these ##### again!!
