When we got our job done we had lots of changes made to our quote. Even though we changed choices, floor areas and time line of available time to lay they worked with us and made sure we were able to get back into our house in a smooth timely manner. Nice display of products however we were greeted with indifference and the lady seemed very uninterested in helping us and was unable to answer some questions. After providing the measurements we were told we would have a quote ‘by the end of the week’. It’s been weeks now and nothing.

Poor customer service, strange especially when there are other timber flooring options walking distance away who were able to provide immediate quotes per m.

Save your time - go elsewhere.

Initial service was good, the lady I spoke with in the showroom was friendly and had a nice range of products. After taking the time to visit and supply all my details, I was told I'd receive my quote within a week. Almost 3 weeks later, nothing - not even a phone call or email to say my quote was being worked on. Disappointing. At the very least, a ballpark figure should be provided.

We were very lucky to be able to get our floors done with such short notice. Peter (the owner) was very customer orientated, and when we called him, he came immediately to examine the floors and provide a quote. He was very honest with start and finish dates which made him extremely reliable as we needed to move into our new place promptly. Thank you for your timeliness and being the cheaper of the two quotes for the same job. The boys were extremely professional and the wooden floors came up brilliantly. I would highly recommend using these guys anytime!
