Leon at Panica was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Such a huge range of machines, and the coffee is some of the best we’ve ever had. He even welcomed our dog :-)

Panica Store made me very welcome and allowed me to stay while he fixed my Breville 870. He knew exactly what to do and replaced a faulty solenoid. He works very thoroughly and fully checks out the finished job. He took pride in his work by cleaning my machine before presenting it back to me - like new!
I need hardly say, I thoroughly recommend Panica Store.

Great service above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!!

We had our little Expobar espresso machine stopped working. Googled the repairer that is opened on Saturday. Found this place, called them up and had a friendly chat with them. We decided to come and drop off the machine. Greeted by Leon who was so kind and helpful. He immediately checked it out and suspected common issue on one of parts. After he did his 'magic touch', the issue was fixed on the spot. He explained and gave us some tips and trick if similar issue arises again. Unexpectedly this service is free of charge as we asked him about the fee. We were so grateful and appreciative of his genuine and honest service. What an exceptional service and gentleman! Definitely we will come back for regular service and maintenance.
