We walked around for 30 minutes & did not see any staff in that time. The gates might as well have been closed. We left without making a purchase & needless to say, very disappointed. Other people also turned up & left while we were there due to having a similar experience.

I have visited this nursery over the last 17 years on and off when it had a different name. The quality of the plants have gone downhill since then to the point where they are a ripoff. I know they buy them in from NT and Transport them down. Many of these are not hardened off and may die very quickly from burning. The owner seems to be more interested in storing building equipment than customer service.
The first time I visited around 17 years ago the staff were exceptionally good with fantastic knowledge and helpful advise. Now the could not care less about you, to the point of being rude.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

They got every palm type and size you need, and no expensive at all, chunky medium sized plants 30 - 50 bucks, maybe 60.

The best garden centre for tropical plants that I have ever seen. The staff are helpful and knowledgable. Prices are also good. Highly recommend.

This is the best palm nursery in SA by far and ranks among the best I have visited in Australia. The quality of the sun-hardened stock is quite remarkable considering the very reasonable prices. I am impressed by the huge range of palms and companion plants they have available from small pot sizes to advanced specimens. The staff are super friendly and their knowledge of palms and plants suitable for growing in SA's harsh climate is unsurpassed.
