Very disappointed and will not ever return to this shop!
Purchased and item was not taken out of the bag but this store would not exchange the item as it was over the 14 day exchange period!
With lock downs and well out of the 5km travel allowed you would think customer service and exchanging an item would be a little flexible! Item was not old stock as there were still the same item on the shelf! Wasn’t asking for a refund!
Very disappointed! Would give 0 stars although unfortunately google won’t allow to post review with no stars!!! Have definitely lost my business from now on
