  Dr James English was being raises and rude to be. My teeth was really hurting and it was in pain. He said that it will take only 20 minutes to clean the teeth. He was in hurry and making weird faces. My daughter went to clean her and i said to the satff not check her xray but they did without my permission. They charged me 300 dollar for no reason. I am not happy with this company.

  just went in today for a straight up clean quote was $108
  more than happy to paid . this wasn't the problem. once in the chair the sale push .
  you need x-ray . this and that.
  inform them i had x-ray the last time at there green hills shop.
  no you need it every 6 months.
  well i inform them they found no problems with the last 6 -8 x-rays over the last 15 years.
  i said please just a clean that all today. then he started on is it a money problem. no
  the Treatment after is only $42
  ok then that $150 . i said ok . as i just wanted to get it over with as i had jobs to go quote on .
  then the next beig push for more money .
  from a medial point you must get a x-ray before i start .
  that was it for me .
  i said no and got out the chair . as the was become a bad joke.
  used car salesman don't push this hard.
  they like a drug dealer pushing a drug.
  aim been in security for over 31 years as well as a NSW Prison officer.
  pushing like a inmate trying to get there way.
  this was joke.
  when do these prople listen to there customer.
  stop trying to push the up sell.
  this isn't USA all about the sale.
