I recently had stage two components and a tune installed. Simon answered the million questions I had, very promptly and the counter staff we're great.

The pricing for the installation and parts, was actually cheaper than if I had done it myself and the parts appear to be quality. The servicing is not the cheapest around but the quality of work is high. I suppose, if you have a cheap car.. get a cheap service. If you spent real money on your car, then don't skimp.
