The girls that work here are awesome!!! So much patience with naughty dogs who come in for a wash (these are my idiots I’m talking about) they don’t make you feel like a useless dog owner when your pooch is misbehaving in store.. Very helpful when they can see your struggling

I find pet stock general expensive except for particular specials. Over the years there has been some reinvestment in this store and some improvement in staff attitude. Last couple of visits staff have been particularly helpful. Keep it up guys. Gilberts moving in next door seems to have improved foot traffic.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Carol and Liam (I hope that's right) for the amazing service I received today. My dog Issy has huge anxiety issues and I wanted a thunder jack and a halter for her. Taking her anywhere is not easy but I was met in the carpark where Carol started gaining Issy's trust. Carol spent well over an hour with us making sure everything was fitting correctly and Issy wasn't upset anymore than needed to be. The end result, Issy stood resting against Carol's legs!!! (this is a dog that doesn't go near many people) I will not be going to any other pet store from now on. (I did first off and ended up walking out but that's a whole other saga :) ) BIG THANK YOU PETstock Mandurah
