Arranged shipping for a musical instrument which only had a soft case through Pack & Send. Spoke to Joey there who arranged to packaging the item for shipping. It was extremely well packed - the best packaged item I've received. Excellent customer service, very attentive! Highly recommend.

Sent a few paintings through Dandenong Pack&Send already . Boys in the store take good care of my paintings by packing professionally. And I always get a phone call right after it gets delivered. It's good to know that good quality service still exists in Oz.
