Friendly staff wanting to keep me informed on all my needs during the whole process. Recently purchased items thru a auction near bendigo, Jamie and the team from pack and send Bendigo picked up my goods, notified me of any damages then packed and shipped my items. Great knowledge of items and how to keep them safe in transit. Would HIGHLY suggest using them for any shipment inquiries from the area's they cover.

It's difficult to find a courrier service that will collect and pack ready for sending. I bounced off the usual courrier services trying until someone recommeded Pack and Send Bendigo. After that everything was easy and the service was fast and friendly too. Great work. Thanks.

I had a great experience with Bendigo Pack & Send. I bought a large item from an auction house in Robinvale Australia. Long story short, after I paid for item the auction house changed terms of sale and said I had to arrange pickup and shipping myself instead of the previously agreed terms in which they would handle all aspects of sale internally. And im in the USA, so I had to deal with this long distance. PACK & SEND TO THE RESCUE! Tania was very professional and personally arranged pickup of my large items from auction house in very remote area of Australia. The items were heavy theater electronics equipment with glass parts which required detailed disassembly. Tania disassembled and packaged each item very good with much attention to detail. The items arrived to me in USA within a week NO DAMAGE from shipping. PACKAGED PERFECT!! And these were items valued over $2000. I would recommend Bendigo Pack & Send to anyone who is needing professional, honest trustworthy service at a very competitive cost. Thank you again!!
