We recently had Outdoor Blind Designs install blinds on our patio.
We are extremely happy with our blinds.
The whole experience from us walking into their show room to installation went without any issues arising.

Ordered an outdoor blind and requested the edges were sealed to stop any fraying, no problem we can do that ! Blind arrived and fitted with raw edges and already starting to fray ! Installer demanded payment and said store would come and look, called store and came out to view but said that's how they come, we don't make them !! sorry but there are literally thousands of these blinds out there with either a hem on the edge or welded to seal, very poor quality fitting too as it was rubbing on my existing window treatment underneath, brackets also going rusty now after being butchered to fit by installers, would never recommend this company customer service is rubbish once they have your money !

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. We asked for a refund on our deposit. The are taking forever to return it. Even though when they asked for the deposit. We paid it the same day. Will never recommend to anybody!
If I could give minus stars I would.
