Been here a few times, never been a big fan but the last time i visited was probably my last time to ever. The food was bland, really bland, my son who loves bland food found the food too bland. Nothing tasted fresh and that's being very honest.

Had to wait over 1 hour to get food
Waitress forgot order in pocket. 2nd time this has happened to us. Also happen previously on mothers day. Forgot our order and had to wait over 1 hour for meal. Not good enough

Food- quantity not quality!
Extremely over priced for what you get. It's like pub grub, Italian menu with Asian curries
Plenty other restaurants out there with awesome food, competitive prices & more comfortable setting, felt very awkward in there as the couple next to us we're arguing & swearing. So we literally ate & left. Very strange vibe, not many customers. Really great large space but just wasn't a good atmosphere.response / report this review -

Decent service. Food has always been good. The staff need a proper dress code tho.. all of them, not just the waiters.

Love this place!!! This is our go-to restaurant, even though we have moved over half an hour away.
The manager, Ash, and staff are always so friendly and helpful, making sure you are enjoying your meal.
The food is outstanding, well priced and over-sized portions means great value for money.
