  I have been there for the first time for wheel alignment of my car. The car the still on one side after alignment one of my fellow friend also been there on the same day and he also has the same problem. I visit there shop and tell them to have a look again, the guy who did the wheel alignment said everything is good to go as he know what he is doing. But still i feel like it's not done again 2nd time. After 4 days the left side tyre start wearing out and i visit bridgestone pimpama and they told me your tyre is gone you need a new tyre before the wheel alignment. So at last they did it wrong but i have to pay extra for new set of tyres.

  Took my car in today to get a punctured tyre repaired. I can’t speak for any other services but they did a great job with my tyre repair and the customer service was excellent. Best of all their price for a simple tyre repair is $20 compared to eye gouging prices at other auto shops.

  Service has been prompt and the costs have been fair.

  If I could give zero stars I would, dropped car off in the morning to a fella giving my car a test drive out the driveway at high revs and boost. Got called an hour and half into the service to say that my car was ready, only to get there and get told they can't change my spark plus in a Subaru due it taking a full day to do !! First flag,. Needed a specialist to come and do for me.
  I find out the wrong spark plugs were used in my car and only 2 was replaced ? What have they done to the other 2, am going to find issues later - probably.
  
  The lady claimed that the info given was right and when the mechanic pulled the plugs out the different part numbers should if given it away Must have eyes painted on.
  Checked at dipstick and it's still low on oil, needed to top it up with 1ltr to full .. these guys are the worst in Qld !!! Never ever should anyone take their car there, not sure they are even qualified to do what they do.
