  Ken recently handled the settlement of land I purchased. He was professional, on the ball, a great communicator, and always responded in a timely manner, whether via email or a phone call. He kept my brokers honest when the lender hadn’t provided proper info leading up to and on the day of settlement. Would definitely recommend!
