I’m visiting from the UK. I got a new prescription for my reading glasses in the UK back in October last year. Tried a number of high street opticians plus one online replacement lens firm but none could help due to the depth of the lens - the glasses/lens is shallow so I can peer over them when looking in the distance. Options were unsure too if they could make the lenses but they came through. Outside of having my lenses replaced, the service was truly exceptional in every way. My thanks to Yvonne Dorant who handled this with great professionalism
