I saw so many great reviews with Open N Shut and was very keen on getting my blinds installed by them. The photos and the reviews looked very promising so I wanted to give them a go.
I sent some emails and received prompt responses which was fantastic, they were not keen after I told them that I didn't have the keys to the house yet, which won't be ready in 2 weeks for handover.
They simply did not care after that and have stopped responding until I reached out.
I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Great service and follow up from the team. Came when they said they would. Left the area extremely clean and tidy once finished. Explained all the workings and options for the blinds. Price was very competitive as well. No great time delay from start to finish. Highly recommend their services.

Open n Shut were brilliant throughout the whole process, from the initial quote to the final installation. They were good at keeping me informed as to when things would be happening, and when there was a small issue with the door requiring minor adjustments as our door frame had a small bend in it, they took it away and resolved the issue quickly. The guy who did the installation was also fantastic with his customer service. Overall, a very good service.

We had our first Roller shutters installed by Open ‘n Shut a year ago for the front of the house. Now a year later, we decided the back windows would benefit with shutters as well. The representative who called on us initially was very pleasant, courteous and we had our shutters installed just 2 weeks afterwards (just before Christmas!). The shutters work smoothly and quietly and block out light completely. Our windows are both east and west facing, receiving the most intense heat during the summer months. The shutters do a great job in reducing. We can highly recommend both Open’n’Shut and the Roller Shutters.

Jess sold me the blinds when she came out to do the measure and quote. she was not pushy at all, knew about the products and what I should look for if I dont go through them. I was sold on her professionalism.
they were installed within 2 weeks. The guys worked very had to install them today, very friendly, and I am very impressed! highly would recommend!
