Took my son there today with his beloved Wild Willy 2, needing a bit of TLC. Mike was awesome and sorted us out on the spot, made some alignments, checked it all out and recommended a few upgrades to it, which we were very happy to go ahead with. At home now and my boy is delighted and we're extremely grateful to Mike and One Stop for such amazing and expert service. We'll be back there many times, that's for sure.

Purchased E Revo 2.0 from here recently. The only shop i could find that had stock of this newly release version. Not only that, they had the best price and i asked many hobby shops. Had issues with the E Revo steering servos failing within a week and Michael arranged for replacement and fixed it within days as he had to wait for parts delivery, otherwise it would have been fixed there and then. Then the servos failed again, all whilst still under warranty. After talking with Michael, explaining my dissatisfaction, Michael suggested he will repair and replace the servos with alternative higher rated servos. So far, it is holding out but it has only been 1 day. Michael has been helpful, understanding and quick to resolve issues that really has nothing to do with him, rather, he is resolving manufacturers product issues. Overall, Michael at One Stop RC Hobbies has been pleasant to deal with and always willing to help and resolve the problems I have had with the E Revo. As for the E Revo, it is a beast when it is operating at it's best. Super fast and handle well. If Traxxas would resolve the servo issues which looks like they are under rated for the weight of the vehicle, it is a good product overall. Just be aware of the servos. Going through 2 sets within weeks isn't good. Suggestion..DON'T BUY an expensive RC CAR online where you cannot get repairs under warranty dine. ALWAYS buy from your local hobby shop. Hope this review helps!!

These guys have top brands and quality products. They sell US imported parts at lower profit margins than other hobby shops, I know because I have been to others.

Rude and condescending. Made me feel like an idiot for asking for help with an old rc truck calling it a "toy" as if nothing else in the store was. I could've been a new enthusiast but now have a bad taste in my mouth. I hope this isn't the way they treat all their customers but I'll never know bc I won't be back

I always like to support my local, and One Stop is where I go first for all my parts, 9 times out of 10 they will have what I need in stock, if not Michael will ether get it in, or if I need a part ASAP suggest where to track it down. Great service and Awesome guy.
