Ocean's Best Seafood Beerwah, is a seafood specialist business that offers fresh and cooked seafood.We believe everyone, no matter where they live, should have access to enjoying the taste of fresh Australian caught seafood. Born and raised on the Sunshine Coast Michael started Ocean's Best Seafood as a mobile family business in 2013 servicing Western Downs, and refused to supply farmed seafood. Michael has spent 15 years as a sustainable commercial fisherman after growing up in a 'fishing' family in Queensland. With a wide range of experience across Prawn Trawlers, Reef and Beach Fishing, plus catching Mud Crab, we understand the importance of quality seafood and what is required to maintain premium quality from 'ocean to plate'. Our goal is to ensure that customers who visit or pass through Beerwah and the surrounding Hinterland areas are offered a range of convenient seafood take away meals but particularly focusing on premium fresh seafood that only I would eat. Locally caught Seafood will vary depending on seasons as well as regular favourite take away meals. Establishing our first retail premises in June 2017, Michael and team look forward to meeting and helping customers with the seafood options available and trying a few new delicacies such as hand cut, homemade potato scallops.
