Been doing business with OCC for three years now and have purchased several thousand units from them. Product and finishing is of a very high quality. They have shown that they are invested in the successful delivery of their product and service and they have been honest with me about their capabilities whenever we set specific parameters for a proposed order.

OCC apparel has been the most frustrating company to deal with. As multiple now ex-clients to OCC have already said the companies communication skills are appalling to say the least. Nick was helpful and very quick to take my money although shortly after money was cleared as specified on there order forms "10 day turn around post mock up approval" has not been achieved. I have not once had a call answered via the warehouse or main call centre. Dave after being CC'd into an email finally got in contact and discovered half of my order ready at the roller door to the garage. Still waiting on the rest of my order and have heard nothing from Dave who assured delivery of the rest of the order in a couple of days via courier. Lost customer

*EDIT: Soon after writing this review I was contacted by the Director of OCC Apparel. To his credit, he promptly organised the completion & shipment of the merchandise. Its a shame that it took writing this review to get a response and action on an order.

Absolutely terrible company! I've been in contact with OCC apparel for the past 9 months trying to organise a single merchandise order for a university club. They consistently made mistakes and missed deadlines. Terrible customer service and rarely answered phone calls. They would reply to emails weeks late and were essentially uncontactable for weeks on end. They have lost the business of a repeat client & I would discourage anyone from purchasing products from OCC apparel.

I'm pretty surprised to read the negative reviews about OCC. I dealt with them maybe 2 years ago, I purchased 150 printed t-shirts, and everything went pretty smoothly. It was all done via email though, don't believe I actually spoke to anyone there. I was also very happy with the garments and the printing. When I went to pick them up they were all packaged and ready to go, they seemed pretty cool and friendly and switched on. I'll probably be getting stuff from them again in the future so we'll see how that goes.

What absolute joke! No consideration to keeping in with agreements or giving courtesy of their clients. They constantly make mistakes and do not take any responsibility or apologize. I did a simple t shirt run and 3 mistakes were made with production alone! And i not get apology or even a suggestion to try make things right. The quality of tshirt only good because they buy from other suppliers. You can find suppliers on their website. You better off buying direct from supplier and then going somewhere else to production. Do not use these people they are rude and discourteous. Many people i know have same problem with them.
