My wife and I would like to thank you very much for the organisation of our perfectly smooth move to Japan. The entire process right from the initial contact / quote to the final delivery of our items in Japan and follow up was great.
Moving overseas can be a stressful period at the best of times, thank you for making a stressful period a very satisfying one.
We are very impressed with the professionalism, communication and how quick and efficient the team at Nuss are.
Should we need to move again, we will most certainly be contacting Nuss without hesitation and would highly them to anyone looking for movers.

The team at Nuss Removals organised removal and storage of some very large furniture items. The service was faultless, from beginning to end. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially the ever helpful Helen in Customer Service.

Had a very positive experience dealing with Nuss Removals. The quotation process was very smooth and the recommendation for packing material required was pretty spot on.
The crews for both the removal and re-delivery were very professional, moving our stuff quickly and efficiently and being really easy to communicate with. In particular on re-delivery to our newly renovated home they were careful to use protective coverings for floors and handrails to avoid damage.

Very happy with our experience with Nuss. From the administrative side to the ground crew. We moved from a single level house to a 2 storey home and the crew were professional, efficient and careful. We also used their storage facility which was no fuss and secure. Very happy with our overall experience.

This business has an appalling attitude towards safety. The depot is located right next to a child centre day care and their drivers are constantly blocking access to the driveway or parking so close to the drop off and pickup area that it is blocking any view to safely exit.
When confronting the drivers and workers loading or unloading about blocking is always met with rude gestures, swearing in front of children and parents and unbelievably apathetic attitudes towards safety.
After contacting their office I was assured this would never happen again but just wait one month and it starts again. I cannot believe the lack of authority management has over its workers or maybe the problem is at management level as they simply fail to maintain safety in an area of high traffic of children. A serious complaint to police and council is on the way as clearly management doesn’t care.response / report this review -

I've moved twice now with Nuss Removals and on both occasions I couldn't have been happier with the service I received from their removalist men and the office. I found them to be courteous and very professional and they even helped my new neighbour re-position their heavy outdoor setting.

Office didn't get back to me for about a week.
Then there were a load of hidden charges that weren't made clear so my move ended up costing me $1000! From an original quote of $380.
Also, they lost some of my photos and precious small items.
