  Uncaring and rude doctors. Dr.Batool especially shames patients and made me feel extremely uncomfortable in my multiple appointments with her. Highly highly highly recommend avoiding this place if you are seeking proper care or even a molecule of compassion. I can see from previous reviews it is not uncommon for patients to be left in tears after awful treatment from doctors. Can someone just close this place down.

  terrible experience . Dr welendawe made me feel horrible and not satisfied at all after the appointment. gave me complete false information regarding medication prescribed.
  
  from what I have heard about other Dr's at the centre I will never return and advise all to stay away. Dr's clearly can't be trusted.

  Made an appointment for 9:30am, finally got to see the doctor at 10:50. I don’t understand how they could possibly run so late so early in the morning.
  Stay away if you value your time.

  Absolutely appaling. The most dismissive and judgemental 'doctors' I have ever come across. The first appointment here I was put down and judged and had the doctor put her personal morals onto me. She then dismissed me and made me feel ashamed and I left in tears.
  
  The second apointment with another doctor dismissed within 1 minute of the 'consultation ' and was told I was a liar and was exaggerating my symptoms even though l had been vomiting all morning and told me to come back if I was 'really sick'. Again I left in tears and felt put down.
  
  These doctors are a disgrace. They haven't got a milimetre of manners or compassion. If you want health advice, avoid this place.

  Dr Effie Frangoulis is fantastic- she is thorough, asks questions and goes to great lengths to explain everything so you know exactly what is going on with your health. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Five stars just for this doctor. On the down side quite often there can be a long wait, but that seems to be the usual scenario in large bulk bill clinics.

  Frquently have to wait 30 minutes or more for a morning appointment. They'll only get the idea it's not acceptable if people starting frquenting other bulk bill clinics in the area

  Had some issues with booking process, but Practice Manager called me personally to apologise and rectify situation. I've had good experiences with the doctors here, and have confidence that I will have a smoother booking experience next time.

  I arrived early so I got to see Dr Judy Chen on time. She might look serious, but what she advised me is good for me. She was looking after me.

  Appointment was readily available (same day) and only waited 10 minutes after my appointment time so that was the positive. Negative was that the doctor told me to go and see my own doctor as he was too busy with his own patients to properly treat me and sent me off advising to see my GP in a few days. My advice to the doctors there: If I'm sat in front of you, I am your patient.

  Pointless to have appointments because always late or their is an 'unexpected' problem. How can you always have the same problems? If it was for it being close I would go somewhere else!!

  Dr Batool is beyond horrible. She knows nothing. Looks like she Google everything. And she is so damn rude. If its your first time in the Northland medical Centre please mention your preferred doctor that could be anyone except her. If you are going without an appointment trust me you are going to land up with her. I know because I am going there for over 5 years now. Please don't be alarmed, rest of the doctors are just fine. Sadly the Dr I go to is only available on Sundays.
